Hello! My name is Sarah and I am looking for (a) friendly and flexible room/house mate(s) within my budget ($500-650 tops, month-to-month). Looking for a place anywhere in between Daly City and Palo Alto. I am motivated, unconventional, and enjoy my fun. I have a BA in Psychology, currently work full time and pursuing my entrepreneural work. I like to stay active and involved within the community. I am looking for a living situation where the communication is clear and direct, the common areas are clean, and we are adaptable and flexible to each other's different lifestyles/choices. That said, I cannot live with a smoker or pets (I LOVE them but sadly am allergic). I prefer at least one male, but am flexible and open to living with females. I also prefer my own room, but acknowledge that may not be possible within my budget. I would like to allow for guests to visit/stay over. Must be ok with alcohol. It would be awesome to be friendly and hang out occasionally, but I am also fine with simply sharing the space. It is very important for us to be flexible and adaptable and communicative.
