Renting out room of 23m² (with balcony) from end of june until december. Dates can be flexible (either summer or 1st semester for ex)
4000 DKK kr per month (all included: utilities + tv cable and wifi) Deposite to be confirmed
Located 3 min walk to Flintholm metro station. Quiet and nice area.
You will be sharing the apartment (kitchen and bathroom) with my current roomate: a spanish girl of 27 (she is writing her master thesis now but she will work next year)
ONLY GIRL, quiet and clean.
However, I am not sure you can register your address there.
Please write something about you and which period you would like to rent it.
I am renting my room as I will be on exchange next semester.
I can send pictures by mail.
