Room in spacious apartment in Charlottenlund

I am going on exchange for a semester and therefore, I am renting out my room in our spacious apartment in the beautiful setting of Charlottenlund at Jægersborg allé in the period of 1/9/2019 - 31/12/2019 (i am flexible in terms of the specific dates). The room consists of 9,5 newly renovated sq.m, with a big window section that provides plenty of natural light and cosy beams. The room is rented out partly furnished with a desk, bed and a big build-in closet.

The apartment is approx. 140 newly renovated sq.m. and is located in the heart of Charlottenlund at Jægersborg allé. It consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, two toilets, where one of the toilets is equipped with a shower cabinet and a washing machine, as well as a big living room. The apartment is centrally located, with a three-minute walk to the train station, where the S-trains depart every 10 minutes towards nørreport station - a travel time of 14 minutes. Additionally, the area offers great shopping opportunities with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and more, all within a distance of 300 meters. As a bonus, the beach is located within a five-minute bike ride.

You will be living with two of my cool roomates, Anders 21 years old and studies at CBS, and Joachim who is working full time in shipping.
