cosy room in shared apartment

I'm renting out my cosy room while I'm away on a course in Jutland.
The room is part of a 2-room apartment shared with my roommate and old friend Emil (29yo) who works full time as an architect, and occasionally his boyfriend. There is no common room as such, but there is a kitchen with a dining area and a balcony. The room is furnished, but feel free to take down my weird artwork, if you dont want to look at it ! :-)
The apartment is located in a super nice area, on top of a Netto and really nice cafe, with refshaleøen and christiania-area just around the corner.
The rent is 4500 all included (also use of the washing machine)
