Room from the end of August 2024

PLEASE READ THE FULL TEXT , BEFORE RESPONDING :)
My husbond and I are renting out a beautiful room from end.of august 2024
.
The room consist of :kingsize bed ,
Hanger for clothes . Reol, chair, coffee table and writing desk . The best thing : your own balcony!! With a view :)
The kitchen and bathroom are shared .
The apartment has four rooms,
And is in the best spot you can imagine in copenhagen .
We live by the canals. And there is a common garden , with canal views and barbecue to use .
Walking distance to, canal, supermarked , city center, cafes, christiana, Holmen etc.
While we are travelling , our adult son lives there. And in another room , we rent out to a young man who studies architecture, but he also goes home in weekends . He is danish ( and lives far away from his school )
There Will be no common areas .
Which means the living room Is kept.privae.
Further more , our son smokes , but not in the hole flat.
