Hi!
I'm searching for somebody to rent my entire apartment starting from March 1, since I have moved abroad for work.
The apartment is 56m2 and fully furnished. It has a kitchen (with washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, blender and all other basic kitchen utilities), a bathroom, a bedroom (11m2) and a living room (19m2).
The two rooms can be used as separately, as there's an entrance/small corridor separating them from each other.
The monthly rent (12,000 DKK) includes internet. But water, heating, electricity and gas are not included.
The apartment is situated 3 min walk from Sjælør and Ny Ellebjerg train stations, which is two stops from Copenhagen central station. It is just 5 min by bike from the beach and located close to a big, nice park area (Valbyparken).
