Hi there
I have a small room available in a spacious new shared apartment next to Bella Center in Ørestad, Amager.
The apartment will host you, me and 2 other housemates. The apartment is 121m2 in size and consists of 4 rooms as well as a shared bathroom and a combination of a living room and kitchen that offers as spacious common area with plenty of room for a sofa and dinner table.
The rent covers all utilities such as heating, electricity, internet & water use. Cost for toiletpaper detergents and the like is shared via the app Splitwise.
A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer is available in the apartment.
I expect you to be a young professional or student between the age of 21 & 35, but as my current flat mate and I are very laid-back and relaxed we are quite flexible.
We expect you to take part in weekly cleanings of shared living spaces or doing it in turns accordingly. After 23.00 in the evening I expect you to keep music to you headphones or similar.
The apartments is open to friends and visitors as long a moderate amount of respect is paid to neighbors and roommates. If you're an introvert that prefers solitude, then that is perfect too.
