Hello!
We're looking for a new flatmate from around June 15th
The bedroom is 11m2 with a built in wardrobe and a shared balcony facing the canal (Sun in the morning!)
The apartment has a large leaving room / kitchen, a washing machine and dishwasher, a small storage in the cellar - where you can also park your bike. Nice view and peaceful, with grocery stores close by, a metro station (Enghave Brygge, M4) and bus stop (7A) around the corner.
There is also a climbing gym very close, an "official" bathing zone (well only open in summer), and nice and big parks nearby.
The rent is 6850 DKK, including electricity, water, wifi, and insurance.
You can register a CPR. It is a non smoking apartment and not suited for pets.
The bedroom comes unfurnished, but there is a possibility to purchase a bed and a small sofa from the previous flatemate.
A little bit about who you will live with:
- Brice, 35 years old from France, working at the university as a researcher in biostatistics. I like playing badminton, cooking and playing card/board games. Language-wise, I speak French, English, and some Danish.
- Anna, 25 years old from Ukraine, working as account manager in international company. I like active life. I do different types of sports and like stretching regular, like to cook, dance, listening music, creative activities and meet friends. I speak Ukrainian, Russian, English and some Danish.
We like to keep the apartment clean and peaceful, especially during weekdays, and enjoy small talks when we are together.
