We are living in a small artist collective with 4 bedrooms, shared common space and 2 balconies. The apartment has thin walls so, communication is essential. Over the years we build a very chill, hippie-alternative-dumpster diving home for creative souls to flourish, where doors are open and music sometimes play through the rooms .
Thats why we are in search for someone who is:
- Minimum 25 yo
- Female (identifying as female/non binary born as female)
- Respecting boundaries
- Kind, Creative and Passionate abt life
- Habbit of keeping the common spaces clean
- Actively speaking up for yourself and asking for help when needed.
- Catlover or respectful towards sensitive little fluff puffs
- Mindful and interested in... peaceful practices like meditation, yoga, nonviolent communication etc.
- Wish to contribute to our home by all means – cooking, chilling, helping, cleaning, going out, sharing, dumpster diving, and supporting the home environment in your own way.
- REALLY wants to live with other people and co-create a little soul family
Our cat Saskia is royalty among us … and she likes to hang around with whoever is at home. Therefore we look for a catfriendly person who would love to activate her insanity through playtime, try going on walks (yea u heard right), feed her if her other parents are not home and cuddle (IF you’re worthy).
Abi: 31 yo, the sweetest soul, loves mindful practices like meditation and deep motivational conversation. Loves to share a meal and create a homey atmosphere.
Sara: 31 yo, multi artist, musician, ceremonial spaceholder and dedicated tree hugger. Loves nature, passionated about karate, personal growth and healthy boundaries.
Paola: 33 yo, is also a cat mamma who is bringing a new fluffy addition to the home. Kind, loving and more introverted on a daily basis. Loves to add to the community spirit through spreading warm energy and initiative.
IMPORTANT!!!
We are looking for a match made in heaven and a long-term renter. Therefore, if we are not vibing, we will reserve the right to be upfront about that after a month.That means that the renting period is 2 months with possibility of extension.

- The room has a window to the living room with a curtain which is the only source of light in the living room - therefore it’s nice to keep it open when possible)
- Shared apartment with Sara, Abi, Paola and 1 kitty cats
- Access to one of two shared balconies from your room.
- no wifi (we use data)
- 5 min walk from Øresund metro st. and Lergravsparken st., 7 min walk from Amager beach.
- Cpr is possible
- 1 months trial period and 1 months notice
