Beskrivelse
The apartment is 89m² large, with two bedrooms. It is located on the 3rd floor, with easy access via elevator. You will have the larger of the two bedrooms, which also has its own balcony.
The room has a 200cmx140cm bed that you can use.
The metro station is 10 minutes away, and you can get to the city center in about 25 minutes.
Heat, water, and internet connection are included in the rent. Electricity will be paid separately every three months - we split it evenly.
About me:
I am a trans girl who likes playing video games and doing creative work. I hope that we can keep up good communication and respect each other. I am quiet and easygoing and it is important to me that I can feel at ease and be fully myself at home.
About you:
I expect you to be an open-minded and respectful individual, who treats me and my things with care. You are vegetarian or vegan because I absolutely do not want meat in my kitchen (and yes, that includes fish). You don't smoke.
