Hello everyone,

I live alone and I work as a psychologist. I am searching for a friendly and calm person to rent a room and share my apartment with. It is very important to me that my new flatmate is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful for others, things and people because we will be sharing the apartments' common spaces.

The rent is 7.900kr. monthly and there is 2 months deposit. Wifi and all expenses are included in the rent.

- Room: 12m2 (fully furnished) with a built in closet and a private balcony 4m2

- 90m2 fully furnished apartment, which has two rooms and two balconies and shared space (living room, bathroom and kitchen - with dishwasher)

- Very close to the sea, both the room to rent and the living room have sea view

- Spacious bathroom with a dryer and washing machine

- Access to a large beautiful garden and both car park and secure bike parking

- Cleaning on rotation

- Good access to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, beach, green areas etc.- 300m from metro station and 9 minutes with metro or 18 minutes bike ride to Nørreport st.

- With CPR registration

- Minimum 6 months rental period
