Renting1 room in a 3 rooms apartment

Hello Copenhagen! Raul and Ramona are looking for a new flat mate. We are renting out one room in our 3 rooms apartment. The apartment is situated on Hammelstrupvej 8, 1st floor, 2450 København SV, 200 m away from Valbyparken. It is really good connected, 5 min to Sjællor S-train station, 100m 3A bus, 200m 10 bus. There are 2 supermarkets (Superbrugsen and Irma) at 100m, a pizza place, doctor and a post office. Furthermore, there is free parking on the entire street. The price is 4500 kr./month and includes heating, electricity, water and internet. Beside the 1st month rent a deposit of 9000 kr. will be charged. The apartment is fully furnished and you have access to all our kitchen stuff. The room can be given with a small desk or without as in the picture starting from the 1st of December. There is going to be a contract on 3 months with the possibility of extension if everything works fine. The ideal flat mate is social but also respects other people privacy, has a job (or student job), ideally non smoker (no smoking in the apartment), without pets and has more or less the same lifestyle as ours. I, Raul, am working as an accountant and graduated Finance in Aarhus while Ramona is studying for her master at Aalborg University Copenhagen and work part time as a student assistant in compliance.
